  • How big is Superstar Family Fun Center?

  • How do I schedule a party?


Give us a call at (718) 492-2928 or just send us an email at to check if the party time slot you want is available.  If it is available, please come by to see our venue if you have never seen our venue.  If our venue meets your expectations and you are ready to reserve your party, you will need to give us a non-refundable deposit ($100 for Non-Private Party, $200 for Private Superstar Party, and $350 for Private MAGIC Superstar Party (cash or credit card)) to reserve your party.  Your party is not reserved until we have your deposit.  

  • What are the Differences between a Non-private Superstar Party and a Private Superstar Party?

With a Non-private Party, Superstar will designate a set of tables exclusively for your party.  The tables will be decorated with party decorations and place settings.  You and your guests will share play space with, if any, other parties and walk-ins.  Adult seatings are not guaranteed for Non-private parties.  Also with non-private parties, children and adult ratio cannot be more than 1 to 2 or there will be a charge of $8 per additional adult. For example, if you have 8 children at your non-private party, the maximum number of adults allowed will be 16.  Also for a non-private party, the maximum number of children allowed is 12.  

With a Private Party at Superstar, the whole venue is for your child's party only.  Tables will be decorated with party decorations and place settings.  Our venue can hold up to 100 guests.    


  • What are your time slots for a party? 

  11:00 - 1:00 pm
  1:45 - 3:45 pm
  4:30 - 6:30 pm
  7:15 - 9:15 pm 

  • How early in advance should I book my child's party?

We always recommend our customers to book their parties as soon as they can so they can get the party time slot that works best for their family and friends.    

  • I want to book the party for my child but I have no idea how many children might be coming?  Do you need the exact number at the time of booking?

No, we do not need the exact number at the time of booking. You only need to tell us the approximate number of children.  No later than Wednesday prior to your scheduled party, you will have to inform us the final count of children will be attending (RSVP'ed) your child's party.  That number will be the number of children you will be charged for your party.  Also, no later than Wednesday prior to your party, please also let us know the estimate number of adults and any party add-ons such as food, pull string pinata, or balloons.   

  • 2-hour party is not enough time for my child 's party, can I extend my party time?

For Private parties, if available, $150 for half hour or $275 for an extra hour (advance reservation is required).

No time extension is allowed for Non-private Superstar Party.

  • For my party, can you play my own music or home movie? 


For a Private Party, no problem.      

  • Can my party guests stay and continue to play after my party has ended?  

So sorry, no, our space is very limited. 

  • Is a deposit required?

Yes and the deposit will be applied toward the balance.  The balance is due and to be paid at the end of your party.  Your party is not reserved until we have your deposit.

  • What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?


We suggest no more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.  If you would like to come earlier, please call us to check our schedule.

  • Can I bring food or beverages to my party?

Only outside foods (except Pizzas and Ice Cream Cakes) from the Host are allowed for RESERVED parties. The host must sign Superstar waiver regarding outside food and, if any, provide original receipt(s) from the restaurant(s).  No outside beverages, including bottled water, are allowed.  

  • What are the choices of drinks at your facility? 

We have Apple Juice, Seltzer, Coke, Sprite, Iced Tea, Lemonade and Fruit Punch. They are NOT from soda fountain!  We also have coffee and tea. 

  • Can I bring my own decorations, balloons and/or pinata to Superstar for my party?

Sorry, no outside balloons, signage, banners or pinatas (even as gifts from your guests).  Superstar has many balloons and pull string pinatas for you to choose and purchase. As to your other decorations, please check with us in advance.  We will of course do our best to accommodate.  

Absolutely no banners, glitters,  sprays, confetti, bubble gums or cotton candy in our facility.


  • Can I bring my own Goody Bags for my party?

No problem but please prepare them in advance and distribute them as your guests are leaving.  

Please note that we also do have goody bags for you to create with our toy inventory or you can buy tickets (100 tickets for $1.50) for each child to select their toys.  


  • Can I get my own face painter or character, i.e., Elmo or Clown?

It shouldn't be a problem if your party is a Private Party.  However, please provide us with the details for our prior approval.   

  • Can you supply birthday cake for my party?


Unless you signed up for Private Superstar or Magic Superstar Package, you will have to bring your own birthday cake that requires no refrigeration.  If you absolutely must bring a birthday cake that requires refrigeration by us for your reserved party, then there will be a service fee of $15. 

Please note that we sell premium ice cream cakes from CARVEL, layers of freshly-made premium vanilla and chocolate ice cream, separated by a layer of chocolate crunchies.  

Square Medium $26 serves about 8-12

8" Round $30 serves about 12-16

Sheet-Small $40 serves about 18-22

Sheet-Medium $46 serves about 28-32


  • Should I give tips or gratuities for my party?


Tips or gratuities are optional.  Any amount of tips or gratuities would be greatly appreciated.  Please give tips together with the final balance to our manager.  Please do not give tips directly to our staff.  

  • What if I need to reschedule or change my party from Private Party to a Non-private party?

We require at least 30 day advance notice if you need to reschedule your party. 

If you reschedule your party within 30 days, you will have to forfeit your deposit (sorry-no exceptions).  Please note that the new party date cannot be more than two (2) months from the original party date and must be for the same child. Please also note that you can only reschedule once even if you meet the 30 day advance notice requirement.   


  • Do you have on-site parking for your customers?


Sorry, we do not have on-site parking. 

Discounted Parking is now available for Superstar's customers at a parking lot across the street from Superstar - Champion Parking.  Discounted Parking Rate is only $8 for the first 3 hours.  Please let us know before leaving so we can provide the discounted rate sticker. 

There are also off-street parking and metered parking on 7th Avenue.  If most of your guests are from out of town and parking is a serious concern, we recommend to have your party after 4 pm. 

Please note that we are only about 2 blocks away from the N train's 8th Avenue Subway Station, extremely convenient for anyone to use the subway.     

  • Do you accept credit or debit card?

We accept debit card, Visa and Mastercard with your picture ID.
